1. Reservation Cancellation
Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Check-In: Guests will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations Made Between 15 to 29 Days Before Check-In: Guests will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before Check-In: No refund will be issued.
2. Early Departures
Guests who depart earlier than the booked check-out date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, guests may be eligible for a refund. Valid medical documentation must be provided.
Travel Restrictions: If government-imposed travel restrictions prevent travel to Goa, guests will be eligible for a full refund.
5. Changes to Reservation
Changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If changes are made to shorten the stay, the standard cancellation policy applies to the modified dates.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
